    A little holiday reading :)
Available now from The Wild Rose Press

Caitlyn Monson has spent the past three years caring for her dying mother, to the exclusion of all else. Letting go of the past and her loss and grasping for some way to feel alive again, Caitlyn has one thing in mind: her virginity and the best way to lose it before New Year’s.
Danny Carter understands loss and guilt on a very personal level. When the sweet and irresistible Caitlyn walks into his restaurant, his heart knows this is the woman he’s waited for his entire life and his body is only too willing to help her make deadline. If only he had more to offer her than broken dreams and a shattered heart.

Will Caitlyn’s New Years Resolution bring more than they bargained for?

    Excerpt ~

Outside it had started to snow again. Caitlyn fiddled with her keys, any excuse to keep this from coming to an end yet. She didn't know what she wanted for the rest of her life, but she knew with certainty she did not want to be alone. For the rest of the day or the rest of her life.

"Danny, I..." she looked away. He'd already rejected her once. Twice if she counted the night before at the bar. Glutton for punishment she wasn't. "Never mind. Thanks for breakfast."

He opened his mouth, but she put a gloved hand over it.

"If you're about to say Merry Christmas, save it. I won't be having one so save your well wishes for someone who cares. Do you want to know what I'll be doing the rest of the day?"
Emotions had run high all day, and Caitlyn knew when she was at a loss to them. This was one of those times. She didn't stop long enough for him to answer before venting months worth of pent up anger and frustration on him.

"Nothing. Absolutely freaking nothing! I'll go home where I haven't decorated or even bought a tree. I won't have a Christmas dinner with turkey and mashed potatoes, which by the way I love, and I won't have a single present to open and there won't be hot chocolate and Miracle On 34th Street later in the night, and there won't be any Christmas cookies for dessert." The steam that fueled her outburst turned cold, and she finished on a sob. "Which by the way I also love."

Danny took her into his arms and held her while the tears she'd forced back all day won their valiant battle for freedom. His tenderness only served to bring on more tears, and before she could help herself she clung to him and sobbed four months worth of tears. Three years if she were truthful.

"I'm s-so s-sorry." She sniffled as she tried to pull out of his arms, but he wouldn't let her. His body heat warmed her against the slight wind that picked up. It blew snow on them as they stood in the parking lot clinging to one another like horny teenagers facing a curfew.

"Don't be. I'd guess you've held those a long time."

She nodded and tried to wipe her nose with some dignity. She didn't want this to be over. She didn't want to go home to nothing. With nothing. She wanted to go home with Danny. In a burst of courage she reached out and touched his face.

"Danny, please don't toss me aside. Not today. Aren't you lonely, even a little?"

He closed his eyes as if she'd caused him great pain. She almost released him, almost stepped away, almost gave up, but when his eyes opened, they were full of heat and fire and passion and she felt it to her bones.

"I can't promise you a picket fence and a puppy or even a turkey dinner and mashed potatoes." He entwined their fingers again. "But do you want to come home with me, Caity?"

He laughed beneath his breath. The sound was as quiet as the hushed reverence that hung in the air around them.

"I might be able to round up some cocoa and some Christmas cookies." He swallowed. "Please, say yes."

OMG I'm so excited, it's my first sequel and one of my all time favorite stories.

In the sequel to Anything After Sunday? it's Matthew's turn at love.

Feeling restless and lonely, Matthew takes a solitary road trip, never expecting it to change his life forever.

Six months later, he still can't get out of his mind the sweet brunette with the violet eyes, with whom he spent one blissful night. No one could have predicted the sequence of events that awaits him when he goes back to find her.

Sasha has lived a meager existence in a small town full of dark secrets. Her only reprieve and happiness was found in the arms of a stranger. A stranger whose face she can't forget and whose memory calls to her night after night. She forced herself to forget him, and everything they shared, until he showed up to find her and make her remember. She has no idea that Matthew will do anything for her, and he just might have to in order to win her heart and soul forever.

A quest for answers in a small town where everyone has secrets requires more then Matthew can handle alone, especially when the woman who haunts his dreams will no longer speak to him. With the help of West, Frannie and Nick, Matthew determines to win the heart of the woman who already owns his.

Make sure to check out this book December third and if you haven't read Anything After Sunday, don't worry, the books stand on their own, but you still have time to catch up. ;-) Here's the link to buy Anything After Sunday?

    Savage by Lila Dubois

The warriors of Den are unparalleled in their ferocity in battle and relentless pride, but their warrior-heart, nephew of the King, fiercest of all, was lost to Den when he disappeared into the ranks of the Temple army.

Anleeh spent five long years working to forget from where he'd come. No one would imagine that the calm and debonair Lord Justice was once a barbarian warrior who bathed in the blood of his enemies. Terrified of ever losing the control he fought so hard to gain, Anleeh vows never to return to his homeland of Den.

Sheltered all her life in the Temple, Siara longs for adventure. Saddled with grave responsibility due to her studious and steady nature, Siara wants to leave it all behind for a life of great adventure and purpose. When the newly crowned king and queen recruit her as an ambassador to the far off land of Den, she leaps at the opportunity. Her companion, Lord Anleeh, is not so eager.

If they are to succeed Anleeh must not only strip Siara of the trappings of civility, but demand her submission. Anything less than her complete obedience and loyalty will make them vulnerable to attack in a world where fighting and sex are considered close kin. Siara surprises him with not only her strength, but her passion and spirit. They discover exquisite pleasure and unexpected understanding in each other's arms. Yet, Anleeh hides the truth of what he was from Siara, even as he feels his beast crawling beneath his skin.

But Siara has a secret of her own.

When Anleeh loses all control, succumbing to the unrestrained battle madness of his people, Siara must chose between saving herself and risking it all to save the man she loves.
